This exciting position will allow the Coffee Company to offer Customer Service to our Wholesale Clients.  The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Partner.

Shifts are Thursday and Friday, 8am- 5pm, 16 hours/week

$13.00/hour

Essential Performance Expectations

Provides the Zingerman's Experience to wholesale clients by ensuring their orders are input and fulfilled, accurately, politely and enthusiastically.

  • Supports service office by answering coffee company phones
  • Wholesale pre-production (Each Thursday beginning at 8am)
  • Work with wholesale customers to input orders using on-line ordering system
  • Export orders to Sage accounting software
  • Check invoices for accuracy and file
  • Print bag labels
  • Generate roast requirements report
  • Post all data for production staff

Success Patterns

  • Excellent Mathematical Skills
  • Sage Software knowledge a plus
  • Office administrative skills necessary
  • Is comfortable learning and using new software applications
  • Has been recognized for excellent customer service
  • Has operational experience in the ZCoB or other specialty food.
  • Provides impeccable follow through and communication with clients and co-workers
  • Takes delight in creating processes that increase effectiveness and decreases non-value added work
  • Demonstrates outstanding phone skills
  • Well versed and able to convey content through the written word
  • Has working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Google Docs
